The Lodge at St Edwards

Wow, they have done an amazing job of this old seminary. It has just been decaying for the last 50 years and has now sprung back to life. The artwork on display is amazing as well. Every piece is tasteful and simply amazing. There are photos of the history of the building on the lower floor. The light and art on the main floor hall way is fantastic. We could not get a booking for the restaurant but were able to sit in the lower floor pub and have a drink and order food from the bar menu. The food was great and fast. Amazing for the first week of operation. The rooms are so nice as well. We managed to take a look at one of the rooms and were impressed. Colorful carpet, modern bathroom and what looks like a very comfortable bed. Go and check it out, you will love it.
